Photography
is for me a leisure activity, a passion, but also a means of expression.
By this means, I attempt to transcribe my feelings in front of the
beauty that I sense in things, in that which surrounds me.
To keep a track of passing time, the covered trails. To try to pick
up an emotion, to suspend the beat of a butterfly wing and try to
hold its magic. Put the finger on an insignificant thing and pull
out its beauty, paint the world, dream it.
But photography is as well a quest of oneself, a permanent search,
to learn, incessantly, open my heart, my senses to all which surrounds
me, try to extract the essence from it … Listen and vibrate...
It is only recently that I have taken up photography.
In 1999 I abandoned the disposable camera for the compact. My passion
increasing I wanted to go farther, the purchase of a reflex camera
in January, 2002 allowed me to widen my creative universe.
